We can also use your preferred service, such as Google meet, Teams, Teamviewer or Zoom. Our experts can answer questions, walk you through completing a task or even resolve an issue for you by remotely accessing your computer.
- This service is for help with using NVDA only. If you require Windows software accessibility consulting services, please contact us to discuss a corporate support contract. If you require web or document accessibility consulting, there are many companies such as intopia.digital, Even Grounds or WebAim who are well placed to help you (these are just three, there are many others)
- Support is available in English only.
- These hours can be used at any time within two years from the purchase date. Time is counted in 15 minute increments. For example, a 10 minute call would count as 15 minutes, while a 40 minute call would count as 45 minutes.
- Telephone numbers are currently available in Australia and the USA. Customers from other locations are very welcome, contact us and we can call you, or use your preferred online service.
