Below are two fieldsets containing a group of checkboxes. When tabbing between these fieldsets, NVDA does not announce the change of context (which is the legend of the fieldset that was just tabbed into). This is because checkboxes do not trigger focus mode, and NVDA only announces fieldset legends in focus mode.
