BrailleNote commands under NVDA

Note: QT commands not implemented yet. PK's joystick commands will come later. Scroll wheel commands not available yet. Most of the commands follows Braille Sense commands but adds KeySoft commands.
Conventions for QT keyboard: CTRL is Control, located on the bottom left corner; Read is Alt, located on the QT keyboard where caps lock is located on other keyboards; Function = AltGr, and is located where left Alt would be on other keyboards. Thus, it is possible to use new laptop layout - substitute NvDA key with Read key.
Written using t2t syntax.

Navigation commands via joystick and scroll wheel:
